Hii sir,Madam why my kids often gets cold, kindly please suggest me some home remedies

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalatiovcn will be beneficial in both the cvases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

A. good evening there are two things I would recommend you to give to the child everyday in the morning on an empty stomach first is to give a little piece of jaggery and second is to give Tulsi leaves with little bit of warm water
