hii my son is 23 of months and he just say ma only he understand everything but don't say anything plz suggest me

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its ok if he follow s orders. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

That’s A very good thing that your child is understanding everything you don’t worry about speaking the speaking and happened after the age of three years also but as of now if you want you can start with homoeopathic treatment consult a doctor they will advise you with the medicines you should continue to develop the vocal glance of the child otherwise if your child does not even pick up time up till the age of three years and you have to go for speech therapy
