hii mam mera 4 year ka baby h.. second pregnancy August me ruki thi but wo tube me thi so tube brake ho gya tha.. mera operation kiya gya 27 Oct ko mam problem ye h ki operation ke baad mere kamar me dard rehta h or operation wali side me bhi so pls kuch advice kijiye

A. then try pregnancy. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooa lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
