Ma’am It would be better for you to consult your doctor because since it is high BP no recommendation can be given to you as of now if you feel that there is swelling into the lead then you can keep it into the hot water with a lot of salt into it as that is going to help apart from that for any medicine or anything you should be consulting your doctor
