Hi sir this is Bhavya, from past one week my baby has cold..I was using febrex plus and novamax for 3 days even then it's not reduced..kindly suggest some good medicine to get rid of cold and blocked nose.usually night time cold starts for her

A. yes it is fine for nwk. Temperature more than 99 is fever . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then give nobel plus or baby not looking well then need a examination as it may be any infection .
