Q.

Hi Sir, my baby boy age one year 11 months head ,back ,stomach and chest is getting hot with temperature is 38.9(102 degree) but hands, palms and legs are cool. Frequently Baby is getting cold and cough also present baby having cold and cough from last 6days.

A. it should be checked for temperature . Fever is when the temperature is more than 99 °f . Give paracetamol for fever of any and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination.
