hi sir/mam, my 1.5 years son is getting scarecrow for very small things like talking with him suddenly. please tell me what we should do for him to overcome this problem

Thank you for your response. my 1.5 years old child is getting scarecrow for very small things like very less sounds not for louder. he will scarecrow when will talk with him suddenly and it's very oftenly. what will be the solution for this. could you please tell me
