Hi sir /madam, my son is 4yrs 2months old. still he didn't talk with full sentence. just talking one to three words.Now only strtd to respond his name. plz guide me,what to do?

Author of questionMom of a 9 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. i put him in speech and ot class for past 4month. due to pandemic,i stopped him . guide me how to train him in house itself.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. this is speech delay for the baby language development is a reflection of brain development . So know that by 8-9 months of age baby should speak mama Baba Nana , if not then it s a delay . Avoid any smartphone or TV exposure reduce screen time communicate with baby encourage baby to talk recite stories and see a speech therapist and a doctor for it

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children5 years agoA. dear mother according to the age your child is suffering from weakness so he needs a speech therapy for which you have to visit speech specialist that will examine your child current status and will help you out with the proper guidance of the treatment definitely practice will help the child but you will know the mode of a practicing with your baby
