hi my son will turn 3 in feb... he couldn't speak in sentences until now. recently he has recently been trying to form sentences. but i have noticed that since then he has started stammering. can it be because he is trying to speak more or do i need to be worried? thanks

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 13 yr old boy5 years agoA. if the child is three years old and still have the child not able to speak properly you need to consult your doctor one for proper assessment of the child and maybe your child requires speech therapy

Nihita mittalMom of 3 children5 years agoA. good morning a lot of children start stammering because they want to speak fast I would recommend you to try to practice to the child and slow the child down if it does not help you should definitely visit speech therapist once
