my son is now 7 month 4 days old ,he is suffering from motions and cold and cough ans also fever from last 10 days onwards .
Am using:: Levocetirizine syrup for cold
Paracetamol syrup for fever
zinc dry powder for motions
But no result and he is not growing weight also andhe looks very week now . suggest me what I have to do
