Q.

Hi my son is around 3 and still not speaking just saying Amma appa Chitapa papa etc but keep on blabbering something . We are also encouraging him and keep on speaking will he speak soon but he understands everything.

A. the child is 3 years old and still the child is not talking properly definitely consult your doctor one for a proper examination in the doctor will assess your child properly
