Hi , my son is 8 months old , he had fever past one day and is passing green watery stool 10 times in a day.Today he has suddenly stopped eating food not drinking water. How to make him eat.?

A. he may be in teething phase, do check it.. Make sure she is getting enough fluids even if she is not eating to prevent dehydration. If you are concerned talk to ur doctor
