Q.

Hi, My son is 3 months old and completely on breast feeding. but, sometimes I don't have sufficient milk.. can anyone plz suggest me how to increase breast milk.

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals abd s ask so have a glass of water after feeding to Prepare breast for next feed and eat nutritious diet gave seeds nuts and milk two cups atkeast
