Hi, my son is 25 days old, and in his face getting small small like pimples..please advise

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important that you should not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might be causing allergy to the skin of the child and if it is not improving in few days then meet your doctor to find the cause because the child skin is very sensitive

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum this is called Milia which is very normal in the newborn babies and it will get fine on its on within few months or days so there is no need to do anything do not make over use of creams and oils and always wash the skin of the baby with the mild cleanser and normal water
