Hi, My son having fever since Tuesday evening and also vomiting, he is not eating anything and only drinking mother's milk and vomiting, also since yesterday evening has loose motions too, only drinking water and asking for water only, he is crying and is very lazy now. He is 1 year old. I have attached the screenshot of doctors prescription. Please advice what to do

A. kindly give this prescribed medicine n offer ors, water evenever ur child demand water for electrolyte balance, it's preferable to do follow up visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
