hi my kid is going to complete 3rd month and entering his fourth month shall I start semi solids like apple puree or carrot puree. is there anything I can give to my son like cerelac or nestum.kindly suggest thanks in advance

A. please don't give weaning food too early.. Solids should be started around 180 days or when the baby meets readiness criteria to have solids. continue with exclusive breast feeding.
