Hi My kid is 14 months old he is having cold and cough. he got fever a week before and we used paracetamol for the fever and it subsided yet he is suffering from cough(dry) in the sleep and cold. could you please prescribe a medicine for him. appreciate a quick response, thanks!

A. Give one teaspoon honey with a pinch of sitopladi churna twice a day to the baby and give steam twice a day and soups and warm liquids should be given to the vaby
