Hi, my first son mridhul upper teeth(middle) falled 3 months ago,still he didn't get any teeth..is there any issues with teeth ,pls help me with my issue

A. It will come when it has to sometimes the teeth which had fallen way back taken can take longer time to come it can be 6 to 8 months also but still if you want you can check with the dentist they will provide you clarity on the situation
