hi my daughter is 2 years old, she is not learning the words to talk. always she is watching rhymes in TV. is it affect her talking or its normal

A. good morning if your child is not able to speak at all in that case it is a matter of concern and then I would recommend that you should definitely try to see a speech therapist for a proper examination
