#AskTheExpert hello my son is 3 year old he speaks words, rhymes but don’t talk he is repeating everything which I tell him to but don’t talk himself anything and we call him and say anything he listens to us but sometimes is he is playing or watching tv he don’t respond is this any hearing issues?
