hi. my daughter is 2 years and 7 months old. She says some words. But does not talk in sentence. She knows what we say but doesn't want to reply back. She is active and understands everything. I want to enrol her to a preschool. But since she is not talking, should I enrol her or no, I am confused. I am worried, when will she start talking.
