hi , my daughter is 1month old.suffering cold and cough.prefer me medicine for it

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold together along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection mostly like flu so supportive treatment is required.
along with that cough expectorant alloong with decongestant and antiallergic medications are needed.
steam inhalation can be given too as it will relieve the symptoms.

For The small child you should definitely get a check with your paediatrician a medical assistance is required before any medicine is given to the child who specially under the age of one year so as of now I can only advise you to give indirect steam in halation to the child
