Hi. My baby was not well from last Wednesday and now he doing better than earlier. But, I could see this small pimple kindly of things on his right leg. and eventually it is visible on his right thigh also. Today it is sort of spreading to his left leg as well. can you please help me why this happened and is this very dangerous or what. But, my baby is reacting normally. He is not feeling anything on this.
