hi my baby's elder one 4years & younger one 1 yr old both are suffering from cold & cough... we are using medicine... please advise home remedies & proper diet during cold & caugf

A. if the child is having cough and cold most of the time it may be some seasonal flu infection which needs proper treatment cough is a protective mechanism of body which may be due to infection or allergy . it needs proper assessment before giving any medicine presently steam inhalation can be given it will be beneficial
