hi my baby's birth weight is 2.5 kg now he id 10 mnths 24 days now his weight is 8 kg is it ok? can i give him any iron supplement? he is too active.. all milestone covered perfect but he has no teeth till now...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. weight n weight gain is very good, Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.. no need to gu e irin drops. instead give nutritional food.
