Hi .... my baby is 9 month 15 days old ... I'm not having milk... I heard about re-lactation recently in social medias... can you help me to re-lactation??? how to reduce pregnancy belly?? how many days it taken to reduce???

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can be helpful and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can be helpful and also you can have khus khus which can help else give infant formula milk using a bpq free bottle like Babyhug
