hi my baby is 6months old she's having cough cold with thick mucus and her saturation level is 87 is that ok or anything serious

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation wvchich would be hhelpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

Its Important for you as of now to consult your doctor ones because I think your child is just having congestion in the chest right medicines would be prescribed for your child and it would be important for your child to nebulise at least you know twice a day for at least 5 to 7 days
