hi my baby is 4yrs 5 months she is getting water in eyes and got cold and she says she has pain behind her ears kindly suggest what to do be done i applied baby Vicks and gave hot water but stil she cries

A. this is common due to cold because of blocked naso electromal duct ok. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
