Hi my baby is 3 month old.. she has cold.. how many times can I give saline drops in a day ? and the cold lasts for how long? pls can someone suggest a good home remedy ?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 months old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and alongwith nasal drop give maxtra oral drops 0.4 ml

You can use saline water twice a day to clean babies nose. And their is no need to give any home remedies to your baby. Just keep baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. And can give steam with warm water.
