hi,my baby boy is 4months old now and he is lifting his hip,stomach above and making sounds by moving his stomach upward.what does this mean?

The child is not showing any kind of discomfort then probably it is just normal for a child to behave like this the child is eventually playing somewhere or the other but if you see any kind of discomfort to the child or anything which is bothering you that this may not be correct in that case you can check with the doctor otherwise there is no specific reason
