Q.
Hi My 7 year old pretends to drink more water approximately 3 to 4 liters. Is it normal or I need to take any medical attention.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 days agoA. Namaste Mom, How is his urine output ? check if it is pale yellow or very dark yellow or colourless .. as if it has no colour not even a tinch of yellow , it indicates over hydration.. and that is not good also his sweating

Keep observing your child for any kind of discomfort symptoms and make a note. Avoid giving too many junk and oily foods. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
