Hi. My 4 months old baby boy has got these tiny bumps/rashes all over his face. it suddenly appears more and suddenly appears less at times. He also has these white patches which feel very dry compared to the rest of his skin. He has started thumb sucking and the saliva spreads all over his face particularly around the mouth and beneath the nostrils. Is there any particular cream.or ointment to use? I have been regularly moisturizing. Please help
