Hi, my 3 week old baby is got baby acne, which is increasing each day, little red bumps.. I've been using Mothercare oil for massage and Mothercare bathing milk for bath followed by Johnson's powder.. please advise. also is it okay to start using ubtan (santulan company) on baby face for acne and facial hair

A. do not start ubtan because fine hair fall on their own and if you try to approve them possibly the can result in rashes and powders are best if avoided because it blocks the sweat pores and can be the cause for rash
