Hi, my 1-month-old baby has a red mark on her lower eyelid, as shown. It occurred after 1 week from birth. Is it normal...? Do I need to visit a skin specialist?

it may grow ,but the thing is its not predictable
so if you notice any change , i advise to visit your pediatrician.

photo is blurr
but from that what i am understanding is ,it looks like strawberry mark to me.
so as such no need to worry about it
because its kind of birthmark which babies can get even after some days of birth
and its ok to get it
but if it is increasing ,if child facing discomfort due to this ,i advise to visit your pediatrician
