hi me 4 mnth baby ka mumma hu.. mere c section ko 4 mnth ho gaya.kya mere ab belt pehne me koi fyda hoga?? pls tell me.. mere tummy abhi bhi bahar nikla hua hai... pls hlp anyone....

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. for two months you wear ok. thats enough. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello yes you can use tummy belt which should not be a problem and also you should be doing abdominal exercise which can help to reduce your tummy and you should also be having a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet which can help in the baby growth
