RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Oats cookies are the best and wheat cookies Only you can be giving to the child also I’m going to tell you that after completing the age of 12 months you can give all kind of biscuits to the child whether it is a cream biscuit or regular refined flour
