Hi Mam, In this hot summer my baby sometimes constipation (potty very hard motion ).What could you suggest for us in order to clear her constipation problem.

A. hi in summer , due to perspiration , body needs more hydration so first thing , please offer few sips of water at regular intervals. give nimbupani , coconut water ,buttermilk ,fresh juicy fruits more.
