Hi mam as i m having thyroid since my first pregancy i m using thyronorm 50mcg at present ,iMy baby is 4 months old i m facing a vrry bad hairfall can u please suggest me some suppliments .?

A. Hello dear parent! Get your thyroid levels checked once again to know the underlying problem. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
