Hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue. Please take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by gynaecologist. it is very important as a breastfeeding mom. Take five meals in a day with a gap of four hours. Do not keep yourself hunger. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important for hair and skin. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week. Rest back and feed your baby. Take adequate rest. Always oil your hair leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and take bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath always. Avoid too much of hot water as it will damage the hair root.Write Your Answer Here
