hi mam...after delivery put on my weight..

A. Hello mom It is quite a lot of problem with most of the women after delivery not worry if you’re well recovered by now you can start some physical exercise for about 30 to 45 minutes daily and take care of your diet don’t do too much of restrictions as that will hamper your breast milk quality for now you can just avoid sugary foods ,processed and refined foods.
