nehaMom of 2 children1 week agoA. it's ok. if you are a lactating mother & baby is on exclusively on breast feeding,weight issue comes in motherhood journey. start taking sauf+ zeera + meethidana boiled water in the morning, empty stomach, for at least 3 months without any break, you will see the difference. it's improves metabolism naturally & helps in weight reduction.
but along this,you have to do the exercise, yoga or at least 30-45 mins walk daily.

For breakfast, you can have oats with fruit or vegetable omelette or vegetable paratha and nuts. For lunch, it is whole grain foods, either roti or rice with a large portion of Dal and seasonal vegetables.b for snacks, mostly go for seasonal fruit or a handful of roasted Makhana. Dinner make it light by taking only light protein foods.
