Hi, I have undergone C section delivery in the month of March 2021 it’s been 6 months now so can I start working out bcz I have gained 10kg of weight?

A. Hello Yes now baby has started complementary foods nso you can also start workout & also start with a controlled calorie diet. even if weight loss is slow, isltnis good. donot go for crash diets.
