A. hi mom u can start working out after c section after y6 months of c section if there r no complications in ur post partum period.. start gradual .. tc

A. If you are talking about any kind of work out then you can only do it after completing about 8 to 9 months after C-section delivery because you’re stitches have to completely before you go ahead with any kind of workoutWrite Your Answer Here
