NikithaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old child8 years agoA. Hello....Lie on your back on the floor (advisable) or on your bed if you wish to.Bend down your knees while you slide your feet upwards, taking it to your bottom area. Now, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, you must tighten your pelvic floor along with your belly button.

Mannat GMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl8 years agoA. The tummy took 9 months to grow, you should give it at least that much time to go back. 2 months is too short a time. Your body has gone through a lot in the past few months, help it recover, start some walking daily, eat healthy and not heavy food and breastfeed. As of now just concentrate on this and spend time with your child. The tummy will eventually go.

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy8 years agoA. once you get completely recovered and get comfortable, you can start exercises... if c-section delivery then please get a green signal from the gynaecologist regarding the same... start gradually... start with walking... then gradually move towards the swimming, yoga, aerobics, planks, sit ups, reverse sit up, abdominal crunches, aerobics, cycling, running, etc... don't go for dieting... eat balanced diet but in small quantity frequently... eat protein rich food... don't eat junk food... drink a lot of healthy fluids... You can have one cup of green tea with lemon and honey & warm Lemon water with honey... Don't skip the breakfast... You should include apple, green tea, honey, lemon, oatmeal, avacado, hummus, beans, pears, berries, nuts, yoghurt, chia seeds, flax seeds, healthy soups, popcorns, sweet potato, peppers, quinoa, lentils, cinnamon, eggs and lean meat (if non vegetarian) in your diet... This foods help to increase the metabolism rate and keep you fuller for long time... This helps a lot in weight loss... don't eat the remaining foods of the baby.. as the baby food is generally loaded with lot of ghee etc... also we mother's don't want to waste the foods so we put them in our tummy instantly without giving a second thought...so if you don't want to throw the food then keep it in the fridge and eat it only during mealtime... Continue breastfeeding as it helps a lot in the shrinking of the uterus... Take proper care of yourself too along with the baby.... Take proper rest and sleep... Household chores can wait, mess can be waited to be cleaned..ask for help for works related to household and baby from your hubby and other family members... take proper rest... Complete your sleep... Sleep when the baby sleeps.... If sleep is not completed then your body will be exhausted and cranky and your metabolism will slows down and will lead to more weight gain... So take proper rest and sleep.... rest don't take too stress... it will take some time to lose the weight...as it takes 9 months to gain the weight.... always be positive... think about the body that it has done a great job, created the most wonderful wonder of the world ie your baby... so respect it...own it...
