Hi, i am visiting india and I have a 8 months old. I exclusively breastfeed my baby. My concerns is because I’m here in india I tempt to eat outside food (only restaurant) not street food once a day almost every day. Is it okay or does it effect the baby too?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes outside food can effect baby as you are a breastfeeding mother and better to avoid spicy food and also have saunf and ajwain after meal you have. Take care
