hi..I am a mom of 1 year old baby. 6 months post delivery i experienced huge bleeding. again now after 1 year post delivery i am experiencing bleeding not contuously its on and off from 20days. is it normal i mean again period cycle Starting symptoms??? some times I experience small clotting also in bleeding...

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to hormonal imbalances. Please avoid spicy and oily food and do some breathing pranayam. Also drink Shaadmani Red Clover green tea which is very good for mensural bleeding imbalances and also for weight loss. Thanks and take care
