Hi, I am 12 weeks pregnant and i see nipple discharge from 10th week. Is it normal or any infection or something to worry?

Yes this is normal during pregnancy.
so no need to worry.
just clean the nipples with soft cotton cloth.
Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby.
