Hi Experts, Please share you suggestions and experience for going back to work after having babies moreover I don't have in laws to support. Only me and my husband can look after babies. Kindly advise.

A. it is advisable to give exclusively mothers feeding up to 6 months of age to the baby afterwards you can plan accordingly if you want to go to job o k

A. See If you can manage to do work from home then try doing that because you know if you join job at this point of time then when you will probably have to either leave your child on a nanny or you will have to leave your child in daycare so what’s more comfortable to you you decide according to your situation because people who do not have any support they have to work on the situations in this manner only so just evaluate your situations talk to your husband and take your decision
