hi Dr. mere 8 th mnth baby he baby ke bad se period regular nhi he 1 and half mnth me period aate he regular monthly period hone ke liye Kya kru?

irregularities in period is very common and normal during feeding period
so no need to worry about this matter
please take balanced diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
please take prequation against pregnancy
