please do the following things:
take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
it is best to take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping
it will help.
try heating pad to get relief in pain.
maintain good hygiene
